Can you get the pallet in my backyard?

Not exactly. We can’t go over grass or rock with our pallet jack due to the sheer weight of the wood. It must be a paved surface in order for us to get it there. We could use a sheet of plywood to build a bridge if its only a few feet away, but you will have to contact us about this option. We can always re-stack for you too, so keep that in mind!

When can I expect delivery after placing my order?

Expect up to 1 week from order date. Hopefully sooner but worst case scenario is 1 week on our end.

Will you let me know when you’re coming?

Yes! We will email you the day before delivery so make sure you’re checking your inbox. Other than that, you won’t hear from us unless we need some more information from you.

I want to save on delivery, can I pick-up from you?

Yes! Save on delivery and pick up at our warehouse. Just add your order to cart, and under Order Options, you will select “Pickup”. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

About how much wood comes in a pallet?

Approximately 220 pieces of 15” wood, which is around a small pickup truckload amount, or 1/5 of a cord. If re-stacked, this would fit a standard rack perfectly!

What kind of wood is it?

All of our firewood is kiln-dried oak hardwood, unless otherwise stated.

Do you want the tree that fell in my yard?

No, sorry — we're a firewood company, not a tree service. We don't cut down trees, haul off downed trees, or clean up limbs and brush. If you've got one down, a local tree service is the right call for that job. Yes, even if its "free", we still don't want it. Sorry, it just costs us too much to deal with single trees.

Return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, contact us and we will work with you to make it right!
